We may collect information (including name, address, telephone number, email address, academic records and, when necessary, credit card information) when you: apply for or register for enrolment in a program of studies or in courses at the IRTC or use our credit/debit card services for processing payments to the International Reformed Theological College. We collect information that allows us to provide the services you request, contact you about the status of requests, send you catalogs or information about our College, and send you IRTC email newsletters, if desired.

We maintain the data that you provide us, along with a record of your payments, in a secure database. To best serve you, we may combine this information with data that is publicly available and data that we receive from other Christian organizations that partner with us in the Kingdom of God.

How we use email

When you provide us your email address, we may send you emails necessary to process your requests, contact you in the educational process, or respond to a request or communication.

It is our intent to send you our Email Newsletter only if you have agreed to receive it. Instructions on how to unsubscribe are included in each edition of the newsletter.

Your choices

We offer choices about the types of information you receive from us. If you prefer not to receive catalogs or other communications from us, please contact us at the address at the bottom of this page. If you no longer wish to receive our Email Newsletter you also may contact us at the email address below or follow the instructions provided in each edition of the email newsletter. If, due to human error, you continue to receive unwanted communications, please contact us again and we will make every effort to correct the situation.

Information we share with others and your privacy rights

We provide our online payment processors with only the information they need to perform their services and work closely with them to ensure that your privacy is respected and protected. These companies are prohibited by contract from using this information for their own marketing purposes or from sharing this information with anyone other than the International Reformed Theological College, Inc.

We do not share information with any other company, organization or individuals.

On rare occasions, we may disclose specific information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, or when required by law to do so. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation. We do not provide information to these agencies or companies
for marketing or commercial purposes.


It is our intent to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you. We use a variety of current technologies and processes for protection of our customer data. We limit the information we provide to outside companies with whom we contract to only what they need to carry out their responsibilities.

Except for appropriate educational purposes and with parental approval, our website is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, except as provided by their parents.
